STRUGGLE WITH FINDING TIME TO MAKE HEALTHY DINNERS?

I've spent the last 3 months creating a LIVE course for busy mamas who value getting healthy dinners on the table, but struggle with making it happen. I get it. I live it. With after school activities, work obligations and "emergencies" that need your attention popping up on a daily (if not hourly) basis, the drive through can be a tempting place to hang out.

I used to prep for 3-4 hours on Sunday. And yes, it definitely made getting dinner on the table throughout the week a no-brainer. Buuuut, if I'm being completely honest, I didn't like losing a 1/2 day of my weekend. I wanted to hang with my kids, spend time with my husband and maybe even catch up with my DVR for a bit.

I dreaded the planning, the massive shopping trip, hours on my feet prepping and most of all... the cleanup. In short, giant 1x per week batch prepping just wasn't working for our family (specifically, me).

So, I tried something new, and you guys.. it's FANTASTIC! I've started "semi-prepping." In other words, I've taken less of an "all or nothing" approach. I still shop on Sundays (although I use an online ordering system.. best $5.00 I spend all week), but I don't try to get it all done. I spend about 90 minutes each weekend (cleanup included) and then 10-15 minutes each night.

It's been a game changer and I want to teach you how to do it too, LIVE!


HOW IT WORKS: 

I've created a course, Savvy Mama Meal Prep. It's held completely online in a private Facebook Group so I can broadcast live video from my kitchen so it's like we are all prepping together. You can watch live OR later at your convenience, and I can answer all your questions personally.

It won't be available to the public until June, but I'm looking for a small group of "founders" to try the program out at a discounted rate in exchange for honest feedback.

When: All lessons, prep sessions and Q&A's will take place May 6th - May 19th.

What: A step-by-step system for weekly meal prep. We will be prepping 10 total dinners (5 per week) over the course of 2 weeks.


SCHEDULE:

Friday (May 5th): You will be emailed a meal plan and a grocery list with everything that will need to be purchased prior to our LIVE session.

Saturday (May 6th): Our first LIVE session! We will jump into our private FB group and I will go over the grocery list and answer any questions about ingredients, brands to purchase, locations, etc.

Sunday (May 7th) : Prep Day LIVE. We will be "semi- prepping" 5 whole-food dinners. I will be LIVE in our private FB group to answer any questions and help you trouble shoot along the way! 

Monday (May 8th): Step-by-step recipes and instructions (with pictures) to complete each meal will arrive to your inbox. 

Tuesday - Thursday (May 9th-11th): I will be available in the private FB to answer any and all questions that may arise. 

Saturday - We do it all again with brand new recipes!


COST:

$40.00 which buys your seat which includes 2 weeks with me and a group of other whole-food passionate mamas. We're going to have SO much fun! You will also receive the Savvy Mama Meal Prep Guide which includes 2 meal plans, 2 grocery lists, 10 whole-food recipes with step-by-step prep and plating instructions.

THIS CLASS IS NOT FOR YOU IF:

You've never been on Facebook. That's where this will be hosted.

You're looking for super complicated, company worthy dinners. All meals are simple, family friendly (AKA.. no crazy spices or strange ingredients) and can be prepared quickly.

You don't like structure. The only way to make 90 minute meal prepping possible is to be EXTREMELY organized. This is not a situation where I hand you 5 recipes and tell you to make each dish. It's a system and a process and I will be walking you through each phase.

You or a member of your family is dairy-free, gluten-free, egg free, low carb, etc.

You don't plan to participate. This is going to be fun and interactive.


THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU IF:

You're passionate about serving your family healthy whole-food dinners and want to learn how to make this happen on a consistent basis without losing your weekend to meal prep.

You're busy and need to work around a schedule or live in a different time zone than Kentucky. There will be live video broadcasts, but all videos and materials will be available to view for the entire 2 weeks if you can't join live.


HEADS UP:

Since this is the first run of this class, I'm going to keep the group small. I anticipate it filing up quickly. People will be accepted into the class on a first come first served basis.
